colour pallet: 

There very hip and retro colours of: blue, white, red.
These colours are in the American flag and the GB flag, this suggests that these colours will represent males in those locations. Blue and Red are both strong male colours because they connote to power and masculine, as men are always more drawn to blue and stereotypically there colour is blue.

Imagery:  
the image shows a high angle medium close up of two people sat in a blue 60s car with no roof, they are also seen to be wearing the stereotypically 60s clothes with the long hair and a white leather jacket. The man in the striped jacket is also wearing a red and white striped top which shows that he is from America. you can also tell that he is very cool by the way he is slouching and pointing at the camera and this will make the target audience idolise him as they are wanting to be hip like him.

Typography:
The font is in 3D and has a drop shadow effect, the fonts very retro and 60s which is coming back  into style in the 21st century this would attract the audience as its again very hip and cool, the word 'contents' is also written in white bold writing which connotes to men as the boldness connotes to power and simplicity.
